As the Serinova family, we met with children at the Yeditepe University Kindergarten as part of our social responsibility projects.
We talked with the kindergarten students about what can be done to leave a green living space for future generations. Making first contact with soil at an early age is the easiest way to learn that caring for plants is a responsibility.
Planting a seed and watching it sprout is a far more powerful experience for a child than an abstract lesson about the environment. A child who sees the plant they water in their own pot growing forms a bond with that plant.
Seedling growing kits and small pots are enough to recreate the same experience at home. To get started, take a look at our cactus and succulent guide or our decorative pot series.
Our social responsibility work continues. We will announce new events on this page.
